2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website to engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activity.

3. Products and Availability

We aim to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur. Product availability may change without notice.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our online store.

  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

5. Customer Accounts

  • You may create an account to store your details and order history for faster reordering.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that are used in breach of these terms.

6. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery options, times, and costs will be displayed at checkout or agreed on with you prior to your order shipping.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as extreme weather, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

  • If you are collecting your order, you must do so at the agreed time and location. The Saltbush Meat Company are not responsible for refunds if the customer doesn’t collect their order.

7. Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale customers must provide accurate business details, including ABN and trading name.

  • Wholesale pricing and terms are provided separately and may require a signed agreement.

  • Wholesale orders will be invoiced at time of order. Once orders are confirmed they cannot be cancelled or altered - to allow us to comply with our ethical slaughter standards.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared or dispatched.

  • Refunds will be provided in accordance with the refund policy provided here.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of The Saltbush Meat Company and may not be used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of our products or website, except where caused by our negligence or breach of law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
