We currently offer pick-up at the following locations:
Narromine, Dubbo, Trangie, Gilgandra, Orange, Newcastle, Bathurst, Canberra, Mudgee, Cobar, Broken Hill, and Tamworth. Sydney deliveries can be arranged based on your location. Please contact us for a quote.
We will use the email provided on your order to communicate delivery dates/times and pickup notifications. Please keep an eye on your inbox and if you see us in your spam folder, save to your address book to ensure we don’t land there again.
We’d love to deliver Australia-wide, but freight costs for frozen products are extremely high. Transport companies often charge a full pallet rate for a small box, which can make delivery costs nearly as much as the lamb itself.
If your location isn’t listed, please contact us — sometimes we can work out a plan to get your lamb to you.
Delivery Costs
Local Areas – Narromine, Dubbo, and Trangie: Free delivery.
Regional Areas – Gilgandra, Orange, Newcastle, Bathurst, Canberra, Mudgee, Cobar, Broken Hill, and Tamworth: Order weight-based delivery, starting at $15.
Sydney: Delivery cost varies depending on your exact location. Please contact us for a quote.
Order Processing:
We process orders once every 6 weeks. If your order is urgent, please contact us before placing your online order so we can advise on availability and delivery options.
Refunds & Cancellations
All orders must be fully paid before dispatch.
You may request a cancellation or refund up until the moment your order is dispatched. Once your order has left our facility, cancellations are no longer possible.
Due to the perishable and frozen nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the items have been dispatched.
If a product arrives damaged, thawed, or otherwise compromised, please contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, typically within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or cancellations if the order has already been dispatched or if the request does not comply with these terms.
