  • We currently deliver or have pick up locations in the following areas: Narromine, Dubbo, Trangie, Gilgandra, Orange, Newcastle, Bathurst, Canberra, Mudgee, Broken Hill

  • Unfortunately freight costs for frozen products are extremely high. Transport companies often charge a full pallet rate for a small box and the price of the delivery can sometimes be almost the same value as the lamb.

  • Check out our upcoming events. Are we popping up at an event near you soon? Message us and we can organise a delivery when we are close by.

  • Yes. We provide a very simple and rustic setup, please see our catering options for more details.

  • It’s already cooked! It just needs to be defrosted, heated and served. See instructional video.

  • 2kg feeds 15-18 people (or just a few very hungry legends)

    1kg feeds 7-10 people (or one person who really needs a win!)

  • Yes, that was us! Our business has now diversified and we focus mainly on our signature Saltbush Lamb and Gravy rolls, but it’s still the same great taste.
